What to expect on move-in day.
No awkward key handoff. No waiting in a lobby. Here’s what arriving at a RoGi Properties home actually looks like, from the parking spot to the moment you close the door behind you.
Move-in day at a RoGi Properties home is designed to be boring in the best way. No waiting for someone to meet you. No wrestling with a lockbox. No paperwork on the porch. You get the address, you get a door code, you walk in. Here’s exactly how it works.
Before you arrive
A day or two before your check-in, you’ll receive a message from us with three things:
- The property address, with a note about where to park
- Your door code, a temporary code programmed just for your stay
- A direct number, where you can reach us by call or text if anything comes up
That’s all you need. Check-in is typically at 3:00 PM, but if you’re arriving later (or need an earlier time), let us know and we’ll work with you.
Walking in

Enter your door code
All of our homes use keyless smart locks. Type your code on the keypad, wait for the green light, turn the handle. No keys to lose, no lockbox combinations to remember.

The house is ready
Lights on. Air set to a comfortable temperature. Fresh linens on every bed. Towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen stocked with basics (coffee, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags).

Find the Wi-Fi info
The network name and password are posted in an obvious spot, usually on the refrigerator or the kitchen counter. Large type, hard to miss.

Text us if you need anything
Once you’re settled, you’re set. If something’s off or you have a question, send a quick text. We respond fast, usually within a few minutes during the day, within an hour in the evening.
What’s ready when you walk in
We stock our homes so you can settle in without an immediate grocery run. Here’s what’s waiting:
Kitchen
Coffee, filters, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, trash bags, basic cookware and utensils.
Bathrooms
Fresh towels, hand soap, toilet paper (extra rolls under the sink), a hair dryer.
Bedrooms
Clean linens, extra blankets in the closet, hangers, a few empty drawers.
Laundry
Washer, dryer, detergent, dryer sheets. Ready to use.
Good to know
This is a home, not a hotel.
No front desk, no daily housekeeping, no room service. You’re renting an entire private home. We handle everything before you arrive and are a text away if you need us, but during your stay, the house is yours.
If something’s wrong
It happens rarely, but if you walk in and something isn’t right, the AC isn’t working, the code didn’t work, there’s an issue we missed, text or call us immediately. We don’t use a call center or a third-party support service. You’re reaching us directly, and we’ll handle it.
Checkout is easy
When your stay ends, there’s no inspection, no key return, no checkout meeting. Just:
- Load the dishwasher and start it
- Take out the trash
- Lock the door behind you
That’s it. Your door code expires automatically on checkout day. We handle the rest.
