Send the authorization
Email the ALE authorization, claim number, family size, and city. We confirm a matching home within the hour and send a written quote.

House the family
We send the policyholder a welcome packet, smart-lock code, and direct number. They are housed within 24 hours.

Stay-in-policy reporting
Weekly status, itemized ledgers, and stay-to-date totals you can paste into the file. We flag extension dates before they lapse.

Bill the carrier
One consolidated invoice per claim, broken out by ALE day, taxes, and any approved extras. W-9 and COI re-sent as your file requires.
