What is a mid-term rental?
A stay of thirty days or longer in a fully furnished home. Common use cases include traveling nurses and contractors, insurance housing during home repairs, relocations, and family transitions.
Do you accept insurance housing placements?
Yes. Several of our homes regularly host policyholders during covered displacement. We work directly with adjusters, contractors, and placement coordinators (W-9, COI, and a short displacement lease ready on day one).
How do you screen tenants?
Background check, rental history, employment or assignment verification, and a direct conversation. We place professionals, families, and traveling workers. Not partygoers.
How does your fee structure work for owners?
Transparent management fees with no hidden markups on maintenance, vendor invoices pass through at cost. Reach out for a custom proposal based on your property and goals.
Where do you operate?
Central Texas (Austin, Manor, Killeen, and surrounding areas) and West Texas (Abilene). If your property is in Texas and you're curious whether it fits, get in touch.
