RoGi Properties started with a simple idea. Families in transition deserve better than a hotel room and a stack of takeout menus.
We are a small, family-run furnished rental company based in Central Texas, with seven homes across Austin, Manor, Abilene, and Killeen. Every home is designed to feel warm, comfortable, and lived in from the moment you walk through the door. No phone trees. No outsourced call centers. Just real people who answer when you call and genuinely care about the people staying in our homes.
Our approach
For insurance adjusters and claim coordinators, that means working with a placement partner who is responsive, reliable, and easy to reach. We bill direct, carry COI coverage, and keep W9s and per diem rates ready to go without being asked. More importantly, we treat displaced policyholders like family from the first night to the last.
Recovering from a fire, flood, or major loss is about more than finding a place to sleep. It is about restoring a sense of normalcy during one of the hardest moments in someone's life. A warm kitchen, a quiet living room, a place where kids can feel settled again. RoGi was built by founder Rob Gibbs after seeing firsthand how stressful displacement and relocation can be for families. Whether it is a family recovering after a house fire, a professional relocating for work, or a military family PCSing to Fort Hood, the mission has always stayed the same. Make the transition feel easier. Give people a real home during seasons of uncertainty, not just a temporary place to land.

Small on purpose
RoGi is intentionally small. We do not operate hundreds of units. We do not have a call center or a help desk. We are not trying to become the largest property management company in Texas.

Every inquiry is read by Rob. Every home is personally inspected before each stay. Every guest gets a day-three check-in text. Not a bot. A person.

Insurance Housing — Displaced families placed by insurance adjusters and restoration coordinators. We handle direct billing, move-in coordination, and keep your policyholder comfortable while their home is repaired.
Corporate Relocations — Traveling professionals and corporate assignees who need more than a hotel. Fully furnished homes with dedicated workspaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, and monthly billing for your accounting team.
Military & PCS Moves — Service members and families PCSing to Fort Hood. Our Killeen properties are minutes from post, set up for real living, and available on flexible terms while you find your permanent home.
Extended Stays & Travel — Traveling nurses, construction crews, project teams, and anyone who needs a furnished home for weeks or months. No long-term lease required. Move in, settle in, stay as long as you need.
